A Family Industrial Home In Israel
This home was designed by Neuman Hayner, for a household of 4. Two cubes separated by a passage mix into an “L” formed home. The entrance dice, of double peak area, holds the general public areas: entrance, lounge, kitchen, eating room (all on the bottom flooring) and a examine on the primary flooring. The passage, four meters extensive, continues the patio, which is the middle of the home, and separates the general public wing and the personal wing. The rear dice, (the personal wing) has three flooring: The bottom flooring holds a lounge, two kids rooms, a laundry room and a friends w.c. The 1st flooring holds the master suite, and a bridge passage to the library (on the entrance dice). The basement is nicely lightened and ventilated by a big patio, and holds a visitor’s room, a secure room, and a storage room.
The bridge “casts a shadow” on the bottom flooring, enhanced by a 120 cm extensive concrete strip. The kitchen island aligns accordingly. The bridge consists of white pine wooden, and continues as a strip into the master suite and the adjoining open rest room, with concrete flooring on either side. The tree barks cowl the entrance yard, are additionally used within the passage and improve the concrete strip. The swimming pool is roofed by marblite and flows right into a waterfall in the direction of the bamboo timber. Dry bamboo is used as railings and outside partitions. The home contains many hanged objects, like swings, in addition to outside sittings and a mattress within the kids rooms.
