An 1884 former caviar warehouse loft in Tribeca turns into a heat, open residence with its curated classic midcentury furnishings, gentle carpets and wealthy materials contrasting the economic metal and brick area. Conceived to scaled down and heat up the loft, the décor consists of customized upholstered sofas and beds paired with OTTO by Andrew Franz espresso tables.
