Minimalist Loft In Berlin

Minimalist design could be functional and creative. Check this attic in Loft in Berlin by Santiago Brotons Design.

The penthouse is situated in a picturesque little street, just near by Ku-Damm in Berlin. The complete surface is 320m2 (3,445ft2), including 3 terraces with amazing views over Berlin.

Since penthouses of the kind are extremely rare in Berlin, we chose to emphasise these attributes and make a male and refined feeling. Crucial to accomplish this kind of styling are the Remarkable partners which we had the pleasure to work with for this particular projects: Muun supplied beds, Bocci the Remarkable light installations, Hygge Interior the smaller accessories, Norr11 the outdoor furniture in Addition to the couches, chairs and tables and also the Wonderful artwork is by Isabella Trimmel

We focused on organic materials like steel and leather, and additional soft cloths to lighten it up. I prefer to work with black and earthy colours, it provides every inside a cool elegance.

The massive open area, the beams and the gorgeous windows, and of course those brick walls and all of the different ceiling heights.

The artwork is made by gifted Isabella Trimmel. Many of her pieces have a visual impact that change depending on how the light strikes it, something very acceptable for this apartment with its many windows. Throughout the day, when the sun changes its position, each piece will appear differently. The majority of the art is put on the floor due to its size. I find it really cool to demonstrate the art on the ground, it provides this New York look with the exposed brick walls that I adore and find inspiring.

The remarkable lamp sculptures out of Bocci! They’re a part of artwork and ideal for this space. We added them to particular corners, where they brought the best out of the space.
