Williamsburg Industrial Home
Young, soon-to-be married couple Hope Holland and Reed Fawley lately transferred at the nyc neighborhood. Day one after this milestone in life, they predicted in Becky Shea from Homepolish and ventured together to work wonders on the 1-bedroom apartment.
Very few would say that they love their workplace, and Hope is one of those rare instances people truly do enjoy their job and work area. # & She8217;s one exception, partly credited to the fact that she really works at ClassPass at a beautiful office which came out of a Homepolish makeover. She knew right then and there that they’d be ideal for her and fiance Reed’s new location.
Their Williamsburg flat was built with a normal Brooklyn base- weathered exposed brick walls, high ceilings, time-old wood beams, and black steel framed windows. Homepolish superstar of residential jobs, Shea, worked with the couple to transform the space into a home sweet home that bridges each their own fashions. She was geared to optimizing the entirety of this space by integrating dining, living and entertainment spaces. The outcome? An industrial chic apartment with a flair for artwork and a modern appearance, filled with a feeling of comfort like the couple’s young vibe.
A comfy and warm ambiance wraps round the individual who enters the living area, with natural light from the big windows and white walls brightening the region. Backed against the corner is a large West Elm sectional sofa lined with a range of throws and blankets. At the opposite end is a TV mounted on the wall, placed above a reclaimed wood credenza. The exceptional storage matches the exposed beams above, while its contemporary white framework fits the entire theme perfectly.
The dining room is comprised of mismatched chairs pulled together to blend quite nicely with everything else. Modern black and white rustic wood furniture is complemented by similar-shade accents and tableware. The pieces are reminiscent of Eames design and Wagner classics at the wishbone chair. The stainless steel appliances supported with vibrant patterned tiles spell elegance in every way, enhanced with the fashionable open shelving’s impressive layout.
Plains, prints and feel exist entirely, like what’s seen on the remarkable display ladder to get a playful setting, with the extra vibrance of potted plants and attractive succulents. Mirrors in various sizes and shapes with the round ones hung by ropes on cast iron, cute wall hangings, woven baskets, and intricate rugs elegance elegance throughout the apartment.
